John's remark: The fur merchants from the northern regions convened at this location centuries ago to exchange beaver furs for the pleasure of engaging in intimate activities. (Legend has it that the ladies of French Canada were descendants of Louis the 14th's companions, or so they say) Nonetheless, this vacant three-storey historic structure may be haunted. Buttman and Rocco are on a mission to uncover the identity of the ghostly presence.
