Rocco, who had been taken hostage by a notorious Hungarian criminal organization, finds himself being offered as a special treat to their sophisticated Trans client, Marlon Xtravaganza. However, Rocco's fortune takes a turn when he is rescued by the statuesque and curvaceous sibling of the gang leader, Ursula Moore. Within the dimly lit, hidden corners of an underground nightspot in Buda, Ursula skillfully takes advantage of the Italian's insatiable desire.

Rocco specifically requested Ursula for this particular encounter, which ultimately resulted in them receiving the prestigious AVN award for the best performance in an intimate setting.
